4Products and Pricing

We work to consistently display precise item descriptions, schematic images, and accurate pricing. However, unexpected system data entries or slips may occasionally occur.

All prices are specified in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and encapsulate applicable operational taxes unless explicitly marked otherwise.

EgrowSmart reserves the right to adjust listing prices at any structural time without prior notification layout matrices.

In the event of an identified pricing configuration error, our representative will contact you directly before processing the parcel. You will hold the absolute option to proceed at the correct price adjustment or safely cancel.

5Orders and Payment

By placing an active checkout request, you make an open offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an official automated confirmation email or messaging communication from EgrowSmart.

5.1 Accepted Payment Channels

  • Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard processing pipelines
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Operational in select locations across Nepal

5.2 Payment Specific Terms

Full payment is required immediately during checkout for prepaid methods. COD checkouts necessitate full cash settlement on delivery hand-off. Repeated failure to settle COD delivery obligations can trigger permanent user account purchasing blocks.

EgrowSmart does not store credit data credentials. All transactions route via secure processing entities.

6Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across all reachable territories of Nepal. Core timelines span 1–5 business days within Kathmandu Valley, and scale to 3–7 business days for provinces outside the Valley context.

Applicable shipping charges are dynamically displayed during checkout phases. Free delivery thresholds or temporary promotional offers remain subject to operational updates.

7Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are strictly facilitated within 7 days of delivery exclusively for verified dead-on-arrival (DOA) units, defected structures, or misaligned shipments.

Items must remain completely unused, packed inside initial outer protective boxes, accompanied by all structured accessories included inside the delivery payload.

8. Hardware Warranties

Warranty parameters remain highly unique across varied global hardware component brands.
