1. Delivery Coverage

Egrow Smart provides delivery service throughout Nepal, including major cities and remote areas. We currently deliver to:

  • Kathmandu Valley
  • Pokhara
  • Lalitpur
  • Bhaktapur
  • Biratnagar
  • Butwal
  • Chitwan
  • Dharan
  • Nepalgunj
  • Other districts across Nepal

If courier service is unavailable in your location, our support team will contact you for alternative delivery arrangements.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation or order verification.

  • Sunday – Friday: Orders processed normally
  • Saturday & Public Holidays: Processing may be delayed

Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location.

  • Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 business days
  • Major Cities Outside Valley: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas of Nepal: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery time may vary during festivals, weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or high order volume.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Product weight
  • Delivery location
  • Courier charges
  • Order value

Shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum purchase amounts.

5. Order Tracking

Customers can track their shipment status after order dispatch. You may receive:

  • SMS updates
  • Email notifications
  • Courier tracking details

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service in selected areas of Nepal. COD availability depends on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Courier service coverage

Egrow Smart reserves the right to restrict COD for high-value or sensitive electronic items.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive damaged products, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Unboxing video (if available)

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

8. Delivery Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation issues
  • Courier partner delays
  • High seasonal demand

Egrow Smart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will always assist in resolving delivery issues.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Egrow Smart will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Wrong phone number
  • Unreachable recipient

Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Egrow Smart only ships within Nepal. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
