1Overview

At EgrowSmart, we understand that plans change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on www.egrowsmart.com.np. We aim to process cancellations quickly and fairly, provided the request is made before your order is dispatched.

2Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order free of charge within the following timeframes:

Standard Orders

Within 12 hours of placement, or before the order is shipped — whichever comes first.

Same-Day / Express Orders

Strictly within 1 hour from the time the order was placed.

Important: Once an order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

3How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps immediately:

    Provide Verification Details

    Share your Order ID, full registered name, and active phone number.

    Await Confirmation

    Our team will confirm your cancellation status within 2–4 business hours.

Do not simply refuse delivery

Refusing delivery at your doorstep without prior support validation may result in return shipping fees being deducted from your refund.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests will be rejected under the following conditions:

  • ✕The package has already been shipped or is out for delivery.
  • ✕The item is a customized assembly, pre-order, or specialized sourced hardware.
  • ✕Orders placed using flash-sale vouchers explicitly labeled as non-cancellable.
  • ✕Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable items after delivery.

5Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is approved by our support team:

Prepaid

eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, or Card Payments

Refunds are processed back to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.

COD

Cash on Delivery Orders

No payment was collected, so no refund is needed.

Partial

Partial Multi-item Cancellations

Refunds cover only the value of the cancelled item(s).

💡 EgrowSmart charges zero cancellation fees for requests made within the allowed window.

6Platform-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, EgrowSmart may cancel an order due to:

  • Sudden out-of-stock after placement.
  • Pricing errors detected on active listings.
  • Delivery address outside our serviceable area.
  • Payment gateway failures or anti-fraud triggers.

You will be notified via email or SMS, and a full refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
