At Egrow Smart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality electronics, Arduino boards, IoT devices, CCTV accessories, smart home products, sensors, robotics kits, and DIY electronics components across Nepal. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following eligible cases:

- •Defective or damaged product upon arrival
- •Missing accessories or parts
- •Product received in non-working condition
To qualify for a return: the item must be unused and in original condition, product packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoices must be included, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video for faster claim verification.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of electronic and DIY products, the following items are non-returnable:

- •Burned or physically damaged electronics
- •Incorrect installation or wiring damage
- •DIY project mistakes or user mishandling
- •Software or configuration-related issues
- •Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- •Consumable electronic components
Products returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging may not qualify for return or refund.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide:
- •Order number
- •Product images/videos
- •Description of the issue
- •Unboxing video (recommended)
Our technical team may troubleshoot the issue before approving a replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
To request a return:

- •Step 2: Share your Order ID, product photos/videos, and problem details
- •Step 3: Our team will inspect and verify your request
- •Step 4: If approved, instructions for product return or replacement will be provided
Customers must securely pack returned items to avoid transit damage.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in approved cases, including:
- •Product is unavailable for replacement
- •Wrong item shipped and replacement unavailable
- •Verified defective item not repairable
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind after purchase, compatibility issues without prior consultation, incorrect ordering by customer, or products damaged due to improper handling.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–10 business days depending on payment method. Refund methods may include:
- •eSewa refund
- •Khalti refund
- •Bank transfer
- •Store credit (when applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may require bank account details.
7. Exchange Policy
We may offer a replacement or exchange instead of refund when possible. Exchange is subject to:
- •Stock availability
- •Product inspection
- •Technical verification
For many electronics products, replacement is preferred over refund.
8. Warranty-Related Returns
Some electronic items include manufacturer or seller warranty. Warranty claims may require:

9. Return Shipping Charges
If Egrow Smart is responsible (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping cost will be covered by Egrow Smart.
If the customer is responsible (change of mind, incorrect order, compatibility misunderstanding), the customer must bear shipping charges.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Egrow Smart reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
